AISOV is a not-for-profit incorporated association in Victoria. By submitting an application, applicants confirm that they have read the event requirements and understand that participation is subject to approval, venue requirements, safety directions and organiser instructions.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate information, complying with event rules, and maintaining respectful conduct toward organisers, volunteers, attendees and other stallholders. AISOV may refuse or cancel participation where safety, compliance or community standards require it.
